Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation & Security
To register on 1st game, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Creating an account using false information constitutes a breach of our terms, and such an account may be suspended or terminated at any time. Each user may only create one account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.
For identity verification (KYC) purposes, 1st game may request a national ID or other supporting documents. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. Completing this process is mandatory to ensure account security.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the 1st game platform, users must comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. Using any platform service for unlawful purposes, attempting unauthorized access to another user's account, or introducing any malicious code into the system is strictly prohibited.
Participation in money laundering, fraud, or any other fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and, where necessary, the relevant authorities will be informed. Attempting to exploit bonuses or benefits through multiple accounts is also prohibited.
Users are expected to treat other users on the platform with respect and must refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive language. 1st game reserves the right to take any necessary action in the event of a breach of this condition.
Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
All transactions on the 1st game platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are governed by the policies set out on the platform.
Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method and amount. 1st game reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction flagged as suspicious and to process it only after verification is complete. If an account is closed for any reason, the process for refunding any verified balance will be followed accordingly.
When suspending or permanently closing an account, 1st game considers grounds such as terms violations, inactivity, or evidence of fraudulent activity. Action may also be taken on long-term inactive accounts in accordance with platform policy.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third Parties
All content, designs, logos, software, and technical elements on the 1st game platform are the exclusive intellectual property of 1st game. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform for commercial purposes.
1st game is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or disruptions to third-party services. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and uninterrupted service cannot always be guaranteed. That said, we are always committed to delivering the highest possible quality of service.
The platform may include third-party services or links that are not under 1st game's control. 1st game is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of any such third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant policies before using any third-party service.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
